2025 Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days of receipt. To destinations within the United Kingdom we send our goods by The Royal Mail. We have temporarily ceased automatic shipping to overseas destination but we still deliver world-wide, we just ask you to contact us with your order so that in light of recent taxes and tariffs we can help you get a smooth delivery experience. Shipping to the USA will be by courier from the 22nd of August until we hear that the US Postal service has updated systems in place to handle the recent tariffs.   Some countries will charge tax or tariffs and duties on delivery. So, if you can contact us with your order basket and address we can offer alternative shipping methods to choose from. The published delivery time is approximate and can vary, especially around holiday times. We can offer other delivery options. See below:

Express Shipping Overseas

Express courier services are available to most countries. We use DHL and SAMOS-e. The cost varies according to destination and size of order. This service aims to deliver your goods in 1-2 business days within Europe and 4-5 business days to most other places. Your parcel is insured, traceable and requires a signature upon delivery. Prices from £28. If this option is selected you will be contacted by email with the courier charge and estimated date of arrival for your approval. We will not dispatch your order until we have confirmation and payment from you. You will have the option of choosing standard shipping.

Royal Mail express services:

UK Domestic: Very often your parcel will arrive within 2 business days of posting but if a guaranteed service is needed we can send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed next business day delivery. It is traceable and will require a signature upon delivery. Prices start from £8.00. Your order should be placed by 11am if we are to try and cut and despatch by end of day.
