Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days of receipt. To keep shipping charges to a minimum, we send our goods by priority postal services via The Royal Mail.  In the UK we use 1st class mail.  To overseas destinations we use standard priority air mail. The services are reliable but not traceable nor do they have a guaranteed delivery time. The published delivery time is approximate and can vary, especially around holiday times. We can offer other delivery options. See below:

Standard Shipping

Express Shipping

Express courier services are available to most countries. We use DHL. The cost varies according to destination and size of order. This service aims to deliver your goods in 1-2 business days within Europe and 4-5 business days to most other places. Your parcel is insured, traceable and requires a signature upon delivery. Prices from £28. If this option is selected you will be contacted by email with the exact charge and estimated date of arrival for your approval. We will not dispatch your order until we have confirmation and payment from you. You will have the option of choosing standard shipping.

Royal Mail express services:

UK Domestic: Very often your parcel will arrive within 2 business days of posting but if a guaranteed service is needed we can send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed next business day delivery. It is traceable and will require a signature upon delivery. Prices start from £8.00. Your order should be placed by 11am if we are to try and cut and despatch by end of day. 

International Signed For®: do not have guaranteed delivery times, but are a slightly faster, traceable version of standard airmail. Contact us for costings depending on country and parcel weight.
